The 11php platform is strictly for individuals aged 21 years and above, in accordance with PAGCOR's online gaming regulations for the Philippines. 11php does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21. If we become aware that personal data has been collected from a minor, we will immediately delete that data and close the associated account.
